Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes project details, code, strategies, and any other sensitive business information.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall CodifyPros be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the website or services, even if CodifyPros has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
